Søndergade is one of several access roads that lead to the center of Løkken, and in number 49C you will find this super central and charming holiday home, where everything is just around the corner! Privacy and coziness in a beautiful association with a central location
In continuation of this lovely two floor water-washed brick house, you will find an enormously charming, enclosed garden. This means that you can always find peace and privacy, despite the central location of the house in the middle of Løkken. The garden is fenced, which makes it extremely suitable for pets of which you are allowed to bring two. As such, the holiday home is neither handicap or child friendly, as it is spread over 2 floors with a staircase in between. But it is super cozy! There is a wood-burning stove in the kitchen/living room and on the ground floor there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom en suite. When we state that there is room for 6 people, you can actually fit up till 9 people as the first floor consists of two double sofa beds, and the house has two bathrooms. So with a little help from your friends, you have a great opportunity to book a cheap way of holidaying, without making any noticeable compromises.

Yes, as mentioned, this wonderful holiday home is just a stone's throw from the town of Løkken. On the summer market days, you merely need to move about 50 meters away from the house to reach Søndergade's many, cozy stalls. And diagonally across from the house you will find a fitness center, public swimming pool area and sports halls, which are located right beside Vendsyssel Park, where you can experience Løkken mini city, which is precisely a miniature version of Løkken city. Squirrels run here, and on the way you can pick wild blackberries if you come when they are ripe. At By Sommerhuse we love to offer both nature and the city within a very short radius, and Søndergade 49C lives up to that! This is a brick house which is very easily accessible - meaning that it is not located in steep dune areas or on a dirt road, but as mentioned super central on the way in or out of the loop center. If you continue on the same road as Løkken sports center, you will quickly find the beach and the impressive Western Sea.
