Havkatten 20 - newly built holiday home for rent

Welcome to Havkatten 20, a holiday home area that was started in 2022 with many wonderful summerhouses for rent. Previously, the area was a large natural site that has since been divided into plots, where a lot of nice houses have emerged. Some of the houses are permanently inhabited by the owners. The area is located on the side of the main road that faces away from the North Sea, and therefore one is shielded from sand drift and the like - however, the beach is only one kilometer away. And otherwise, the vacation home also offers an electric outdoor spa that invites to many hours of wellness and coziness.

Terrace and luxury

Around the summer house, there are large terrace areas and thus plenty of space to lounge in the sun when the weather shows its best side. Inside, there is pure luxury in modern surroundings with a lovely kitchen/dining area, open living room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is super well furnished and it is close to the beach and town - everything is within about 1 kilometer distance. The house is located on Havkatten, which ends in a newly built residential area that is modern in its expression and also close to, among other things, a swimming pool, fitness center, cultural path, shopping, and much more.

The summer house has four bedrooms with double beds in each room. There are two bathrooms and a bright and open kitchen/dining area connected to the living room. There is room for 8 people here.

Interior 

The house is designed for practicality with a focus on comfort and modern amenities, and it is heated with district heating. The kitchen is large, bright, and luxurious. There is a lockable shed, carport, garden furniture, and everything our hearts desire when renting a modern and newly built summer house in Løkken.

Outdoors

From the kitchen and living room, there is access to the house's lovely, large terrace, where one can fully enjoy the Danish summer weather. The house's location close to Løkken town center and the North Sea means that one is close to everything, yet in a good distance from traffic and noise from the city's life. There are, of course, garden furniture and a grill - and even an electric hot tub available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and pampering, or peace and contemplation.
