The flat is located on the first floor of an original town house with another flat on the ground floor. The first floor has the entrance from the street side and the ground floor from the garden side. 

The garden is large and backs up to a large green area part of the local school which offers a calm and quiet environment with no view of buildings. The terrace and the garden is shared with the ground floor flat and offers a wonderful outside space with lots of room for whatever you desire and not least creating a calm oasis even though you are right in the middle of town and close to the sea.
