The Main House

The entire property underwent a complete renovation in 2019 and today presents itself with exclusive materials and carefully considered solutions throughout. This includes premium insulation from floor to ceiling, self-cleaning glass in all windows, marble details, beautiful flooring, heavy curtains, and carefully selected furniture and interior details. The comfortable new luxury beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, and the overall impression is a home where quality and functionality go hand in hand.

The Main House Kitchen

The kitchen in the main house is truly exceptional and stands far above what you would normally expect. Featuring granite fronts and countertops, two built-in steam ovens and a traditional oven from Gaggenau, an accompanying microwave oven, a wide induction hob with flexible cooking zones, and an integrated extractor built into the countertop, every detail has been considered. In addition, there are two teppanyaki plates for Japanese-style cooking, which are also ideal for keeping dishes warm.

The kitchen also includes a coffee machine, warming drawers, a vacuum drawer, a refrigerator, a freezer of approximately 300 litres, a high-quality wine cabinet, and a combined fridge/freezer from Liebherr. The kitchen island is designed with space for bar stools, making it ideal for social cooking and gathering together.

Living Areas and Facilities

Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house, while a modern heat recovery ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate without drafts. The living room and dining room offer both dining space, seating, and a built-in TV. The lounge features large glass sections providing beautiful natural light and direct access to the terrace. In total, the property offers three wood-burning stoves, 12 TVs, and a large gathering room with dining facilities for up to 40 people — ideal for larger groups and celebrations.

First Floor

Part of the sleeping area is located on the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with TVs, balconies, and luxurious new double beds from Høie. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with bench seating, linear drain, and an exclusive rainfall shower with waterfall function.

There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor, as well as another lounge where walnut wood flooring, a wood-burning stove, and large windows create a warm and exclusive atmosphere with views of the surrounding nature. Finally, there is a small cosy lounge with TV, coffee machine, and adjoining toilet.

The Annex Wing

At the end of the banquet/activity hall in the annex wing, there are four bedrooms and a bunk bed located in the open connecting area. Guests here share facilities including a bathroom with toilet, kitchen, garden, and terrace. In the large activity room, boredom is impossible — here you will find a TV lounge, pool table, table football, air hockey, and table tennis. The garden is large and enclosed.

The holiday home is situated in beautiful countryside surroundings with peace and wonderful views. There are views towards Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the north/west and Børglum Abbey to the south/east.

The annex wing has patio doors, a terrace, and its own private entrance. The four bedrooms feature lovely new double beds from Høie, and all rooms include wall-mounted TVs. One bedroom has direct terrace access to the courtyard. All rooms have windows overlooking the beautiful outdoor area. Bed sizes are: 2 x 180 cm, 150 cm, and 120 cm, in addition to the bunk bed. The rooms are well-sized and functional, while the shared facilities cover a total of 120 m². Altogether, the annex wing measures more than 160 m².

The annex kitchen includes a stove, microwave oven, two refrigerators, coffee machine, electric kettle, and TV. With direct access to the garden and a small dining area, it also provides space for social cooking and cosy moments together. There is plenty of room for everyone in the shared living area.

Outdoor enjoyment is equally impressive, with the garden enclosed by wooden fencing. Well-placed outdoor lighting throughout the garden creates a beautiful atmosphere in the evening, while flowers and berry bushes thrive in the surroundings.

The entire property is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted.

In summer, life revolves around the beach, while autumn and winter invite long walks and cozy evenings indoors.
