The house will be completed in early 2026 and features stylish interiors, large living areas, and plenty of comfort. You will stay in a quiet, newly developed summer house area that ends in a cul-de-sac – only 500 meters from the town center and 1 kilometer from the wide beach. Whether you are seeking city life or sea air, it is all nearby. Additionally, a golf course and a shared playground are just around the corner.
Layout of the property
The house accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. You get a home with a beautiful, open kitchen-living area extending from the living room, with a bright and well-thought-out interior and access to the large, lovely terrace area. The bathrooms are spacious and stylish, and the house is generally built with attention to detail and modern conveniences.
Outdoor facilities
The garden and terrace invite both relaxation and activity at any time of the day. With the large terrace area, including a covered section, it is easy to find shade or sun. There is a wonderful outdoor spa and an outdoor shower, and a strategically placed mound near the house allows for sunbathing in privacy. There is plenty of space for play and relaxation, and from the house, the beach, town, and shops are all within approximately one kilometer.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in the house, and it is not rented to youth groups.
