Here at Ulken 6 in Løkken, Denmark you’ll find a beautiful and bright, newly built holiday home for rent. Ulken 6 was built in 2022, just like the holiday homes that surround it. This means that the neighborhood is new, and every detail has been carefully chosen, which is also evident from Ulken number 6!
Lovely open concept holiday home
Ulken 6 is bright and spacious - there are high ceilings and an open concept kitchen, family room and living room with direct access to the large terrace of the holiday home. There is plenty of room, and you can lounge around both the large 10-person dining table and the wonderful corner sofa, which invites you to enjoy many hours of coziness. Facing the terrace, the end of the living room consists of a large window section with both view and access to an equally large and spacious outside dining table - also with space for 10 people. It is allowed to bring a small dog.
Large terrace with many spots in the sun
As mentioned, you can access the large terrace directly from the living room of the holiday home, and there are several angles to find sun and shelter, both covered and in the open sky. Here you can relax in the summer sun, or in a good windbreaker in the company of a book when the weather turns a little cooler. Around you is a view of beautiful summer houses and plenty of holiday atmosphere. It is possible to park in the carport and on the large driveway in front of the house.
A holiday home for ten people - there is enough space!
Yes, Ulken 6 can accommodate as many as 10 people, without anyone having to compromise on quality. Even with the two sleeping places in the loft, there is room to stand upright in the middle. There are two lovely bathrooms, which are practically furnished and comfortable!
Located near both town and beach
As with all the holiday homes that By Sommerhuse offers, Ulken 6 is close to both the beach and the city. With only 800 meters to go shopping, 950 meters to the beach and 1000 meters to restaurants, everything is within a very manageable distance! Ride your bicycle or stretch your legs - otherwise there is also a nice road if you go by car. Ny Strandvej is a pleasant road to the beach, and there are toilets immediately before you reach the beachside. There is also the option of choosing small beach paths and these are well marked as soon as you take a side road to Ny Strandvej.
Lots of comfort - and you can bring pets!
Ulken 6 houses all the facilities found in modern homes. So your feet are not cold, as underfloor heating has been installed throughout. In addition, you will find both washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, internet, microwave, large grill, beautiful furniture and more! And there is also the option of bringing your small four-legged friend, as pets are also allowed - so there can actually be more than 10 of you on the trip ;-)
