Welcome to Ulken 7 – a modern holiday home with room for 8 people, ready to frame your next holiday. Built in 2025, the house offers bright and stylish interiors, spacious living areas, and plenty of comfort. You’ll be staying in a quiet, newly developed holiday home area just 500 metres from the town centre and less than 1 kilometre from the wide beach. Whether you’re after the buzz of the town or fresh sea air, everything is close at hand. The property also offers great facilities such as an EV charging station and a spacious spa.
Interior layout of the holiday home
The main house sleeps 6 people, while the cosy annex offers an additional 2 beds and its own bathroom – in total 8 sleeping spaces divided into 3 double beds and 2 single beds. The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and thoughtfully designed. The bathrooms are spacious and stylish, and a practical utility room is located by the entrance. Although situated in a new development, the house is well positioned with a focus on privacy. There is a TV package with German channels.
Outdoor facilities
The garden and terrace invite you to relax or be active at any time of the day. With several terraces, including a covered section, you’ll always find sun or shelter. There’s plenty of space for fun and play, and the beach, town, and shops are all within approximately 1 kilometre.
Note: Smoking in the house is not permitted, and the property is not rented out to youth groups. There is a robotic lawn mower on the property – therefore parking on the grass is not allowed.
