Welcome to Hunderup Klitvej 17 – a truly magnificent and brand-new luxury holiday home built in 2026. Accommodating up to 9 guests, this home offers a top-tier vacation experience. Beautifully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, modern area near Lønstrup, thoughtful architecture and authentic West Coast charm come together seamlessly.
Impressive Living Area and Thoughtfully Designed Surroundings
The heart of the house is the huge, bright kitchen-diner with vaulted ceilings. Large windows flood the space with North Jutland light, creating a seamless connection to the surrounding terraces. The stylish kitchen featuring a central island makes cooking together a pleasure, while the dining area and living room invite cozy togetherness.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across four good bedrooms: three spacious double bedrooms, plus one bedroom with a practical 'Norwegian' bunk bed (sleeping 2+1 people). The house features two beautiful bathrooms, the larger of which includes a bathtub, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Thanks to underfloor heating throughout the house, warm feet are guaranteed—even when the North Sea puts on a stormy display in the cooler months.
Activity House, Wellness, and Outdoor Spa
Regardless of the season, entertainment and relaxation are guaranteed. In the adjoining activity house (annex), you can challenge each other to games and foosball or simply relax. Directly connected to the activity house, you'll find a sleek built-in sauna—the perfect finish after a refreshing dip in the North Sea.
Expansive terrace areas stretch around both the main house and annex to the south and west, ensuring you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun from noon until late evening. After a swim in the ocean waves, rinse off under the outdoor shower and sink into the warm outdoor hot tub under the open sky. The wonderful outdoor spaces also provide plenty of room for sunbathing, fun, and games.
The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted.
Close to Beach, Lønstrup, and Skallerup
The location could hardly be better. Situated less than a kilometer from both the broad sandy beach and Lønstrup's charming town center, everything is within easy reach. Great trail systems make it easy to walk or cycle to Lønstrup's famous artisan workshops, cafes, and restaurants, or towards the natural beauty of Skallerup and Rubjerg Knude. If you want even more activities, surfing spots, Action House in Løkken, and Fårup Sommerland are just a short distance away.
