Hawbakken is a lovely and family-friendly holiday spot with a total of three holiday rentals on the same property, which can be rented in different combinations or altogether. This combination of Høloftet and Kostalden consists of two apartments accommodating 13 guests (11 guests + 2 additional beds). This setup is ideal if you are a group of families or friends who want to relax and dine together.

Peace for relaxation and space for activity

Outside, Hawbakken offers ample space and cozy corners with tables and benches and a fabulous 180-degree panoramic view of the North Sea, Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, and Lønstrup. As a guest, you have free access to numerous activities at "Sport & Spas." Here you can enjoy a wide range of both indoor and outdoor activities. Read more about Sport & Spas at the end of the text.
All holiday rentals are non-smoking, and youth groups or nighttime parties are not allowed. Pets must not be on furniture or left alone in the house.

Høloftet – Charming holiday rental on the first floor

Høloftet is the name of Hawbakken's charming first-floor apartment, which features cozy slanted ceilings while also being equipped with modern conveniences.
The balcony offers the sunniest spot in the area. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and views over fields and Vennebjerg Church. This apartment is perfect if you’re looking for both tranquility and plenty of activities near the beach and holiday town.

Details of the Accommodation

Høloftet can host 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 1 single bed in the living room—all box spring beds with thick top mattresses for a restful night's sleep after a day full of activities in the area. Additionally, there’s an option for one extra bed in a pass-through room. For extra pampering, the apartment has a small sauna and a bathtub in the bathroom, creating a spa-like atmosphere.

Kostalden – The gathering place for meals and relaxation

Step into Kostalden and feel the inviting atmosphere! The large kitchen-dining area seats up to 14 people, and the living room is designed for cozy moments. Modern conveniences and stylish furnishings add a touch of luxury to your holiday, and outside, you can enjoy the widest sunset or grill on the large private terrace.
The bedrooms offer a charming sea view—the perfect oasis on the west coast!

Details of the Accommodation

Kostalden is designed to accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with quality beds with thick top mattresses for a good night's sleep. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other has a double bed and two single beds on the first floor, accessible by a steep staircase that may not suit those with mobility issues. There’s also the option for an extra bed in the living room or ground-floor bedroom. There’s 1 functional and spacious bathroom.

Sport & Spas at Hawbakken

Hawbakken Sport & Spas offers more than 15 different activities for everyone. Activities include mini-golf, basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, petanque, air hockey, foosball, street hockey, Kubb, a playhouse, and more.
Sport & Spas is free for guests staying at Hawbakken, while visitors can access it for 75 DKK per day. Guests are responsible for maintaining order and taking care of the amenities for others’ enjoyment. 

Sport & Spas is open from Easter until the end of week 42. Outside of this period, the facilities may be available upon request—call for more information.
