Nature and city right outside the door
As the pictures show, the apartment is located in a building immediately along Damgårdsvej, and if you cross this road, you will come to a hill that leads along beautiful summer houses, across the dunes and along a path system further down to the beach. It is a perfect walk if you want to go and have a dip in the impressive western sea. If you prefer to drive by car or bicycle to the beach, simply follow the paved road down to Løkken pier, where you can either park or take the car/bike with you. Here you will meet the charming sauna barrels, the innovative surfing environment and the historic fishing boats, which create a holiday atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for experiences all year round. If you're more into exploring Løkken's city- and shopping life, it's just a matter of going out the front door and zig zag 50 meters, and you can see shops and restaurants ahead.
Location at both the sports hall and mini city
If, instead of zig-zagging your way to the town center, you turn right, you will come directly to the city's sports hall, where there is also a fitness center and public swimming pool. Here are plenty of opportunities for several hours of fun! If you continue past this area, you will reach Løkken Miniby, which is part of Vendsyssel’s Plantage - a beautiful park area that is perfect for a walk with, for example, your four-legged friend. In the path systems in Plantagen, you also pass old bunkers, which is a characteristic of Løkken. These impressive bunkers are to be found in several places around the city and along the water - you often see children on the beach, curiously running in and out.
