This beautiful holiday apartment is part of the enclave called Skipperhuse, ideally located close to both the town and the beach. If you're a golfer, you’ll love staying here with Løkken Golf Club’s “Pay and Play” course right in the backyard. If you’re travelling with children, there are also kid-friendly facilities right by the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people and one child up to 3 years old, or other combinations of guests. Built in 2009, the apartment is 79 m² on two levels and situated on a 500 m² natural plot. The west-facing terrace is 29 m², where you can enjoy your coffee while the children play either on the nearby playground or the small football field. On the first floor, there’s access to a lovely west-facing balcony – perfect for a cold refreshment. To the east, you have a smaller terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and lunch in the sun.

The apartment is a great holiday home with room for everyone – big and small. It comes with 2 parking spaces.
It’s located 800 meters from the beautiful North Sea beach and 700 meters from the nearest large and popular grocery store. The golf course is just next door.

The ground floor has underfloor heating, and a bio fireplace adds a cosy atmosphere to both the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a 30-litre freezer, a stove with ceramic hobs, a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, a new sink with cabinet, countertop with cupboards above, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, and toilet.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 extra sleeping spots on mattresses on the mezzanine. There’s also a cot, highchair, and a few toys for small children.
The apartment offers wireless internet and a Samsung TV with 43 radio channels and 39 TV channels, including 10 German, 7 Norwegian, and 5 Swedish channels – and TV2 Play. Chromecast and a radio are also available.

The holiday home is non-smoking, youth groups are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.
