In the middle of Løkken you will find Josefines Have - a neighborhood full of stylish brick houses, all built in the same look and feel, namely two-storey white brick houses with large windows and red roofs. Here you’ll find lots of charming terraces with sun and shelter, and green marsh straw and sand just outside the window - in true coastal style!

A holiday home close to both the beach and the city center

This beautiful holiday home in Josefines Have no 24 is ideal for those who want modern comfort and a central location at the same time as being within walking distance to the impressive North West Sea and the white, wide sandy beach. No 24 facilitates this to perfection! And should you prefer to transport yourself by car, this is also completely straightforward, as Josefines Have is paved with asphalt and there are many roads that lead directly to the beach - where cars are also allowed. Within a radius of a maximum of 750 meters, you have the beach, shopping facilities, bus terminal, tourist office, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping! Although the house is centrally located, you can find peace and quiet as the house is located at the end of an enclosed road. All the roads in Josefines Have are enclosed, and therefore there is limited traffic. 

Bright rooms, lots of comfort and space for 6 people

Spread over two floors, this holiday home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are bright and welcoming, and there is a lovely open concept kitchen/dining room with plenty of room and comfort. The house is practically furnished, which is nice when you come home completely full of sand from one of your beach visits. Lots of nature and facilities right outside the door

Opposite Josefines Have is “Vendsyssel Park”, where it is ideal to go for a walk on the pleasant paths surrounded by trees, fruit bushes and flowers. One of the special things about Løkken is that you meet the old bunkers throughout. The Løkken mini-city is also located here, and if you continue past the park, you will hit the impressive beach. Next to the park is a fitness center, sports halls and a public swimming pool, so there really is something for everyone. If you move over to “Brugsen”, you can also find a passage that takes you under the main road and to a wonderful trail system with both a dog park and a stadium. There are a few meters to the center of Løkken and a short distance to “Action House”, if you want to enjoy your holiday in a more action packed way. There is also the opportunity to meet - and surf with - the cool surfers on the beach, or sit in the sauna and run straight from there into the impressive sea. Paddleboard, workout or fishing from the pier? Yep - it's also just around the corner from Josefines Have.
