As mentioned, the summer house is 91 square meters and in really nice condition. It exudes a genuine holiday atmosphere like a traditional holiday home. It is practically furnished with a utility room and 5 sleeping places. Just as you enter the house, there is access to a lovely bathroom on the left, which includes a separate shower and a spa. Continuing straight ahead, you will enter the second bathroom. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms - practically furnished with plenty of space for 7 people. Lovely open kitchen/dining/living room with wood-burning stove and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The living room in the summer house is a fantastic place to stay. There is plenty of space and natural light streaming in through the large windows, and there is direct access to the terrace. The summer house was built in 2000, and the facade consists of green and white painted woodwork, which, like the rest of the holiday home, exudes a holiday atmosphere. The plot is spacious with plenty of garden space and a large terrace. 

Charming area only 350 meters to the North Sea

The holiday home is located in Nørre Lyngby, which is known for its impressive nature! And if you rent the property, you will find the North Sea just 350 meters away. You can walk through the sand dunes to quickly reach the beach, or you can drive down to the beach by car if you prefer. There are many beautiful paths and the like, where the raw nature shows itself from its most beautiful side. 

Activities near the summer house

There are plenty of activities in the area, and to the north lies Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse - one of Europe's most visited tourist attractions. The summer house is only a ten-minute drive from Løkken, which is a fantastic holiday town. There is always something to experience here, including surfing, fishing, cultural trails, lots of bunkers, bike rental, and many other nature experiences. Løkken also has a cozy shopping district with several eateries, a butcher, candy store, shopping, Action House, grocery stores, wine bars, and more. And popular Fårup Sommerland is located within about a 15-minute drive from Løkken.
