This charming holiday home near both Løkken and Lønstrup gives you the opportunity to rent one of the four rooms, all sharing excellent communal facilities! The entire property covers 160 m² and is set in peaceful, scenic surroundings. You’ll have access to a large, enclosed garden and a spacious common area. The four rooms share a bathroom, toilet, living/activity room, kitchenette, garden, and terrace – and there is also a bunk bed in the passageway.

The activity room is the perfect gathering spot, featuring TV, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and table tennis – boredom is impossible here. The large, enclosed garden is perfect for children, adults, and dogs to play and relax. The home is beautifully situated in open farmland with views of Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the northwest and Børglum Monastery to the southeast. Løkken, Lønstrup, shopping, and the North Sea are all within short driving or cycling distance.

The holiday home consists of an attached wing of the main house with a shared entrance and terrace door. All four rooms are furnished with new luxury beds from Høie: two 180 cm beds, one 150 cm bed, one 120 cm bed, plus the bunk bed in the passage. One of the 180 cm rooms has a wall-mounted TV and a terrace door facing the courtyard, while another 180 cm room also includes a TV. All rooms offer views of the garden or courtyard and are functional in size. The communal areas alone total 120 m², so the entire home is about 160 m². For larger groups, multiple rooms can be rented simultaneously – accommodating up to 10 people.

The small kitchenette includes a table with four chairs, stovetop, microwave, two refrigerators, kettle, coffee machine, and TV. The communal room provides plenty of space for everyone to dine together.
Breakfast platters can be ordered a day in advance and served on-site.

Outside, the garden invites relaxation. It is enclosed with a wooden fence and lit by well-placed lamps, creating a cozy evening atmosphere.
The entire wing with the rooms is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted.
