As mentioned, Septembervej is set back from the main road, and the area in front of Septembervej is undergoing renewal in 2022 and 2023. Previously, there was a closed camping site that has now been transformed into brand new cottages, many of which are available for rent. Septembervej number 10, however, is originally from 1994, and the holiday home has been beautifully maintained over the years, which is immediately evident when you enter the house. The classic style is very cozy, and we personally feel a sense of relaxation due to the recreational qualities of the house and the area.

Terrace all around and the possibility of an open “conservatory”

Yes, all around the house, there is the opportunity to sit in the sun and shelter. There is a truly lovely conservatory/sunroom with windows overlooking the outdoor area, and you can open the doors and sit covered and sheltered. The house is well furnished and close to the beach and town. It is located at the end of a closed road in a really nice cottage area, with a short distance to both the town and the beach as well as shopping options. It has a classic expression and is situated in a beautiful cottage area that oozes with the feel of Classic holiday homes in Denmark by the north west sea.

The cottage has three bedrooms, each with double beds. There is a single bathroom and a bright and open kitchen/dining area connected to the living room. The house has a size of 88 square meters, and the plot itself is 400 square meters.

Interior:

The house is designed with a focus on coziness and comfort. There is a cozy and bright kitchen with a dishwasher. The furniture is comfortable, allowing you to easily imagine relaxing after a good walk. There is a lockable shed outside the house and a combined washer and dryer.

Outdoors:

From the kitchen and living room, there is access to a lovely large terrace and lawn where you can fully enjoy the Danish summer weather. The house's location close to Løkken town center and the North Sea means that you are conveniently close to everything while still being at a good distance from traffic and noise from the city's life. Garden furniture and a grill are naturally available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, whether you are looking for activities, wellness, indulgence, or peace and contemplation.
